1. About DMP Training

DMP Training provides online learning, instructor-led training, workplace programmes, assessments, downloadable training resources and related learner support. 2. Course information and accreditation

The description for each programme states its content, objectives, expected duration, entry requirements and certification outcome. Accreditation is course-specific. A provider accreditation or registration does not mean that every short course is accredited. Where a programme is SETA-accredited, QCTO-accredited or professionally accredited, its page and official programme material will say so and identify the relevant authority or programme reference. Other programmes are non-accredited skills-development courses and may lead to a DMP Training certificate of attendance, completion or competence rather than a registered qualification.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand. VAT is shown separately where applicable. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and DMP Training issues an order or enrolment confirmation. Online payment is processed securely by Payfast; DMP Training does not store full card details. A place on a scheduled course remains subject to capacity and confirmation. If DMP Training cannot deliver the purchased course, the customer may choose a suitable alternative date or a refund.

4. Access and delivery

Customers must provide accurate learner and billing details and keep login credentials secure. Online-course access is personal and may not be shared, copied, resold or used by another learner. Scheduled and workplace training may require attendance, protective equipment, workplace access, practical evidence or facilitator approval. Course dates, venues and reasonable technical requirements will be communicated before delivery.

5. Assessment and certification

A purchase does not guarantee a pass or certificate. Learners must meet the attendance, identity, assessment, evidence and competence requirements stated for the programme. Certificates are issued only after the applicable completion requirements have been verified. DMP Training may investigate irregular assessment activity and withhold or revoke a certificate obtained through misrepresentation.

6. Cancellations, substitutions and refunds

The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Statutory rights under South African consumer law remain unaffected.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Course videos, learner guides, assessments, charts, certificates and site content are protected material. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable right to use purchased material for their own learning or authorised workplace training. Unauthorised copying, recording, publication, resale, credential sharing or interference with the platform is prohibited.

8. Customer responsibilities

The customer must check that the selected programme is suitable, review prerequisites, provide correct information, attend as scheduled, follow safety and conduct requirements, submit authentic work and notify support promptly of access or booking problems. Employers remain responsible for workplace safety, supervision and permission to use workplace information or equipment.

9. Availability and liability

DMP Training takes reasonable steps to keep the website and learning platform available, but maintenance, connectivity, third-party services and events beyond reasonable control may cause interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, DMP Training is not responsible for indirect loss or for a learner applying training contrary to instructions or workplace procedures.

10. Changes, complaints and governing law

Material changes will apply prospectively and the version displayed when an order is placed will govern that order. Questions and complaints may be sent to info@dmptraining.co.za or 031 701 7628. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
